B) Information collected when you use consortiums.eu

We have physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect consortiums.eu and its Registered Visitors, Users, Member Organizations and Member Consulting Firms (including freelance consultants) from unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of our database information.

More specific:

  • We evaluate the registrations on our portal based on several data requested and we will deny a registration if we assume any possible fraud,
  • We accept official e-mails, appearing on organizations’ and firms’ websites, in some cases (e.g. of freelance consultants) also on LinkedIn,
  • We check the validity of experience,
  • We review our information collection, storage and processing practices, including physical security measures, to guard against unauthorized access to systems, and
  • We restrict access to private information to anyone apart from the Administrator/ Manager and our work team.

Access and Update of your Own Information (Profile and Access Data)

Whenever you use consortiums.eu you have full access to your own information and you can update and change information at any time (apart from some data that are crucial for the consortiums.eu system which we can change for you following an official request of yours). When updating your own information, we may ask you to verify your identity before we can act on your request.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective as of March 1st, 2017, and it will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically.
